95/5% Grenache/Mataro off 25 year-old vines, destemmed with some whole berries. Aged for 10 months in seasoned French oak puncheons and hogsheads. Bright red purple in the glass with aromas of juicy plum, red cherry fruits, exotic spice, gingerbread, violets, earth and red licorice.
Deep purple. This is grenache writ large on the nose, with blackberry, raspberry, dry spices, and exotic suggestions of pomegranate and Turkish Delight. Oak is a gentle seaoning in the background. It’s velvety and powerful in the mouth, with lush mid-palate fruit, excellent length, and layered fine tannins in perfect harmony. 96 Points

Clear colour and an expressive bouquet of garrigue, spices, herbs of the field and Turkish delight flood the palate with flavours. It’s supple and compelling. 95 Points
